Currently seeking experienced & dedicated Flight Instructors
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality flight instruction to student pilots, ensuring safety and adherence to industry regulations.
• Conduct ground briefings and pre-flight instruction to enhance students' understanding of flight theory and procedures.
• Tailor instruction to meet individual student needs and learning styles, fostering a supportive and productive learning environment.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their aviation goals.
Requirements:
• FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)
• **CFII & MEI Instructors Preferred**
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong dedication to safety and compliance with aviation regulations.
About MH Aviation: MH Aviation is a well-established FBO and FAA Repair station that is located in Lancaster, CA at WJF. We have expanded our services to include quality and affordable flight instruction for all levels of students with a fleet of both single engine and multi engine aircraft.
